Return Policy

We currently do not at this time accept returns for refunds or store credit. We allow returns for size exchange if the item should be available in an additional size. We accept returns for size exchange postmarked within 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. In Addition, customers are responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.

Clearance/Sale and or Bodysuits/Swimwear items are all final sale, no exceptions.

 

We stand by our products and are always looking to help our customers shopping experience be a smooth process.

  1. We will not be able to accept your item for an exchange of any kind if the item has been worn or washed (Whichever comes first) No exceptions. Items must have the original tags attached.

  2. Please email us for further detail on returns BEFORE shipping back to return address: jleeclothingsa@gmail.com

  3. Standard Shipping - ALL orders are shipped no later than the 3rd business day after order is received. ALL Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please make sure to add ALL mailing information needed for a smooth delivery.  
  4. Local Delivery Packages - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please email us or DM us on our social media platforms when having an item locally delivered IF you need to make sure the item is delivered at a preferred time and or placed in a specific area (we will do our best to do so). If we cannot deliver your item via local delivery because all instructions were not given. Your item may be cancelled/refunded after the 2nd attempt minus the delivery fee.
